Two hours to move, breathe, slow down and reconnect with yourself!
Join Sarah Pilates for a beginner-friendly Mat Pilates session, focusing on alignment, breath, centring, core strength, stability and healthy, mindful movement.
Then it’s time to PAUSE…
Sarah from Soul Sanctuary (@soulsanctuaryuk) will guide you through breathwork and meditation, creating space for deep relaxation, stillness and soul renewal.
This is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to slow down, breathe and simply be.
✨ Beginners are very welcome
No previous Pilates or meditation experience is required.
Please bring:
• Pilates/yoga/exercise mat
• Water
• Blanket
• Pillow or cushion for the relaxation and meditation

Places are limited, so please book in advance to secure your space.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Pilates & Pause at The Pilates Centre, Wrexham.
There is free parking available.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the 2pm start so you have plenty of time to settle in.
What to bring:
🧘♀️ Your mat
💧 Water
🛌 A blanket
🤍 A pillow or cushion for the PAUSE meditation
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
The first part of the session will be Mat Pilates with Sarah Pilates (@pilates.istheanswer), followed by guided breathwork, relaxation and meditation with Sarah from Soul Sanctuary (@soulsanctuaryuk).
You don't need any previous Pilates or meditation experience ~ beginners are very welcome!
This afternoon is simply about moving, breathing, pausing and giving yourself some time for you. ✨
