Exploring consciousness through the lens of non-dual yoga, transpersonal psychology, and neuroscience.
Traditionally, All Hallows is associated with a thinning of the veil between worlds; a liminal time when the boundaries between the seen and unseen, the known and the unknown, soften.
This time of year offers an opportunity to step beyond familiar ways of seeing and open to the mystery at the heart of being.
Drawing from non-dual philosophy, transpersonal psychology, and contemporary neuroscience, we will explore how contemplative practices can shift perception and loosen the grip of a separate, fixed self. Together, we will navigate these rich traditions, translating theory into lived experience through practice and inquiry.
Blending movement, meditation, and discussion, this workshop invites you to explore the nature of consciousness and reconnect with the deeper awareness that links us to one another, to the world around us, and to the vast web of life of which we are a part.
