Yoga Station Mickleover

We are a small boutique yoga studio based in Mickleover, Derby. A place which you can escape from life's hectic pace, in lush green peaceful surroundings. In my classes I offer a safe practice in a warm, friendly environment mixing slow flow, restorative and breathing techniques. Yoga is truly for everyone. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling rejuvenated, nourished and balanced.
