Join Christie and Emma Morgan for a series of magical outdoor sunset yoga sessions celebrating themed around the full moon with yoga flow, mantra, meditation, breathwork and a sharing circle.

Please bring your own mat, props, blanket/warm clothing and a flask of water.
For safety and insurance purposes, if this is your FIRST time attending a Yoga Thame class , you must complete a health questionnaire before attending. If it is not completed in advance of the class, you may not be able to attend.
