This dynamic yoga class blends the structure of the traditional Ashtanga sequence with a creative, modern approach. You’ll move through modified sun salutations, standing postures, and seated poses, with the sequence thoughtfully adapted—allowing for variation and the introduction of new movements to keep the practice fresh and accessible.
Each session begins with a short meditation and intention-setting, guided by a chosen mudra (a yogic hand gesture), helping you arrive fully on your mat.
Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and develop a deeper connection to your breath and body. You’ll leave feeling both energised and grounded, a great mid-week refresher.
