🌟 Event: Yoga by Candlelight and Sound Bath

Join me at the charming Northney Barn for a peaceful evening of relaxation and renewal. This special session includes:
✨ Candlelit Yoga: Begin with a gentle yoga by candlelight, designed to calm the body and mind.
🌙 Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath: Experince deep relaxation with yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) combined with a soothing sound bath using Tibetan singing bowls, allowing you to recharge fully.
🍃 Light Refreshments: End the evening with a selection of light refreshments.
Take this time to unwind, rest, and reset before the holiday season.
Suitable for anyone as long as you can get up and and down from the floor easily.
Attendee Instructions:
Dress warmly and comfortably, in clothing you can move in easily.
Bring a blanket, preferably two to stay warn and cosy for the relaxation - most people generally become very cool.
In additional: Consider bringing an eye mask, a bolster or pillow to place under your knees, and anything else that supports your comfort.
Safety Notice:
While sound baths with Tibetan singing bowls are generally safe, they are not be suitable for everyone.
Please note the following precautions:
If you have epilepsy sound baths are not be suitable.
If you have a pacemaker - you would need to check with your pacemaker specialist if it is safe to attend.
If you have severe mental health concerns, please consult with your doctor or mental health professional to ensure a sound bath is safe for you.
