I am a yoga teacher on Hayling Island. I teach traditional yoga, known as Hatha yoga.

Yoga harmonises your mind, your body and soul and is wonderful for your general well being. There are many benefits from doing yoga which include - helping to reduce your stress levels, builds strength, flexibility and general fitness and better sleep.
