Six-week Yoga course starting on Sunday the 9th of November, 7pm at Taff Meadow Treforest.
Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work through Pranayama, Asana and Kriya. Everyone is welcome, we will start slow and build up.
If you would like to join an ongoing Yoga class - every block is different.
What is included?
🟠 Six one-hour classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga - if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend any other class in the schedule, at a time that suits you.
🟠 Short online videos to practise at home between classes. Handouts to deepen your Yoga practise.
🟠 Green & Blacks organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
🟠 A sound bath in class five and a Gong Bath in class six.
First time bookings £40 with code: HELLOYOGA (This is a 6-week course).
Usual price £35 for 5-weeks, £65 when booking for 10 weeks in advance or £22 a month with monthly membership.

Monthly Membership
£22 a month, automatic payment. Works out at £6.28 per class over the year. Includes 10% off all retreats and gong baths. You can cancel at anytime.
