Yin Yoga is a gentle, slow-paced style of yoga that allows the body to stretch and relax fully. As a floor-based yoga practice, it is suitable for all abilities and is particularly beneficial if you are feeling exhausted, stressed or overwhelmed.
Autumn is the season to support the lungs and large Intestine, and the practice will reflect this.
