To help develop strength in midlife I am running a monthly session looking at weight training that will help develop bone density and strength as we progress through life.

It will be a 25 minute session with a warm up and then mini weights to help build strength.

You can then either stay for the yoga class (fully recommended for a beneficial start to a Sunday morning) or just do the mini weight training workout!

Weights will be provided, but if you have some at home, please bring them along.

Instruksjoner

Please bring yourself, water and wear clothes you are comfortable to move around in. Please bring any mini weights you may have at home.
