Come and enjoy this special event here at Yo Studio, where Laura will guide you through a soulful flow to ground you, bring warmth to you body and awaken your senses. Nasreen will then take over, guiding you through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra (Meditation) and then into the nourishing frequencies of a Gong Bath.
We can then enjoy tea and chats from our warm cocoons before you float back home.
Blankets, bolsters, heated eye masks and herbal teas provided.
