This nourishing Day Retreat will be a gorgeous day that allows you to connect back with yourself. Spring is a time of new beginnings and in early May we start to feel more energised as the earth starts to sprout new growth. The day will include; an energising yoga flow, Spring mindset workshop, a nourishing plant based lunch, a possible meditation walk by the river and Yin/Restorative Yoga. The day will be punctuation with relaxation, reflection and rest.
The day will be facilitated by yoga teacher and psychotherapist Annie Neat and the food catered for by chef Paul Smith.
Please wear comfortable clothing, layers that can be taken off and comfortable shoes for a short walk. Annie will be in touch closer to the time with more information.
