This class is great for those who like a structured, meditative practice

This course runs as a 12 class course on Wednesdays 7.45- 8.45pm from 10th September - 17th December.

There is no class on 15th & 29th October

Missed classes cannot be used for another course and cannot be refunded.

This class is IN STUDIO and numbers are limited. If you need to change or cancel your booking please give 24 hrs notice.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time if possible to get settled in.

If you have your own mat & props please bring them. If you do not I have spares available for you to borrow.
