18.30-19.30 – PREGNANCY YOGA - In-studio
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy until your baby is born. Suitable for beginners to more experienced students.
This class runs as 11 class courses for £143. It is possible to drop-in for £16 a class if there is space available.
This class is running during the Winter term as a 11 class course from 6th January until 24th March.
Please note there is NO CLASS on 17th February.
Missed classes cannot be used for another course and cannot be refunded.
This class is IN STUDIO and numbers are limited. If you need to change or cancel your booking please give 24 hrs notice.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time if possible to get settled in.
If you have your own mat & props please bring them. If you do not I have spares available for you to borrow.
