Saturday 28th Feb | 7-9pm
An immersive evening of conscious breath, sound, and energy healing, created to gently support the nervous system and allow space for release and deep relaxation.
We will begin with guided breathwork to help you settle into the body, followed by a live sound journey with Reiki energy healing. Everything offered is invitational and held in a calm, supportive space.
The session will close softly, giving you time to settle and integrate before heading home.
Beginners are very welcome. No experience needed.
Please Bring:
Warm comfy clothes
A thick blanket
A pillow
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided.
