Magic Mondays: Sound & Energy Healing
Start your week with space to slow down, breathe and reset.
Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes, while receiving gentle Reiki energy healing.
After the soundbath, you’re welcome to stay for a cup of herbal tea and a chat, or simply enjoy a few quiet moments before heading home.
Just come as you are, and let the week begin lighter.
What to bring:
• Wear warm & comfy clothing
• Warm socks or slippers
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Bottle of water
• Eye mask (if you have one)
• Yoga mats are provided
