Less manic, more magic.
A Monday evening sound bath for anyone feeling the Monday blues, or simply wanting to begin the week with more calm, clarity, and connection.
You’ll be held in a calm and welcoming space, with around an hour of immersive sound and gentle energy healing, followed by herbal tea, connection, and time to gently come back round.
Nothing to do, nowhere else to be.
Just come and lie down in the sound and let your week begin differently.
What to bring:
• Wear warm & comfy clothing
• Warm socks or slippers
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Bottle of water
• Eye mask (if you have one)
• Yoga mats are provided
