A grounding Full Moon sound journey under the Blood Moon.
We will begin with a gentle introduction, followed by an immersive sound journey and full body energy healing. The session will close softly with an optional moon card pull and calming herbal tea.
Beginners are very welcome. No experience needed 🤗
Please bring:
Warm comfy clothes
A thick blanket
A pillow
Yoga mats and eye masks are provided.
