Details

Get ready to join the junior life savers crew!

This class is designed to introduce children from 4-7 years to first aid. In the class they will be introduce to first aid equipment so it becomes less scary, they will learn:

What is an emergency?
How to get help.
The emergency plan.
Recovery position.
Basic CPR (this is an introduction, we practice this on teddies to ensure it is child friendly)
Managing bleed.

We will also talk about other emergency's like choking so children are introduced to what it is and when to get help.

Children are capable of getting help on the way if they know what to do, so lets empower our children to help in an emergency!
