The class is safe to do whilst pregnant and babies under 12 months are welcome in our classes.

The class is a practical class with lots of opportunities to practice skills and ask questions.
You will be asked to sign in with a QR code at the start of class for medical declaration – if you are able to let me know any medical needs or adaptations for class prior to arrival this is helpful.
