This course is perfect for those who:
•would like step by step personal guidance to beginning ashtanga vinyasa yoga
•are curious but nervous about trying “assisted self practice” classes (aka “mysore style”)
•would like to take autonomy over your yoga practice
•keen to deepen your understanding of yoga, and begin your weekends centred & inspired
•seeking to add another yoga class to your week
You’ll receive handouts and guidance for 45minutes each Saturday morning, with the opportunity to ask questions. I’ll leave you to rest, absorb the atmosphere of the shala or even observe other practitioners / assists before you leave and begin your weekend.
Your practice will naturally increase in duration as you develop.
All equipment is available. I advise you wear comfortable, light layers. Bring your mat / props if you own them.
Arrival 7am. Depart approx 8am onwards.
Enter the studio from the right hand side of the carpark. Manor Farm Studio is Unit 3 (second door on the left)
