Thursday Commercial
Join us on Thursday Evenings for our sassy feel good Commercial class. These sessions are always fun, upbeat and a confidence booster, it's a great way to let off some steam at the end of the week. Following the warm up and some Commercial technique, the main focus of the lesson is the energetic routine. The routines give off confident boss vibes and space for you to own it. The routine itself changes frequently so drops in are welcome! The routines vary and I'm always open to song and style requests. Currently in Commercial we are doing hard hitting sass to popular chart songs.

This Studio is located within the industrial estate opposite Tower House Doctors Surgery car park. There is parking available in the industrial estate. If this is full, there is free on street parking on Rink Road.
