Join Laura and Yasmine for a nourishing morning of movement, mindfulness and creativity.
We are so excited to invite you to this special morning retreat, which has been in the making since we first met in a yoga class in Shere back in 2022. What began as a shared love of yoga and creativity has grown into this collaboration, and we cannot wait to share it with you.
Your morning will begin in the studio with an hour of gentle, flowing yoga led by Yasmine. Expect mindful movement, grounding breathwork and a deeply calming relaxation to leave you feeling centred and restored.
Afterwards, we will gather in the café space to enjoy a hot drink and your cake of choice, giving you a moment to connect, chat and settle before moving into a creative flow.
Laura will then guide you through an intuitive paint pouring session, a playful and expressive experience where there is no right or wrong, just colour, curiosity and creativity. You will be encouraged to let go of expectations and simply enjoy the process, creating your own unique piece to take home.
This is a morning to slow down, move your body, nourish your nervous system and reconnect with your creative self in a supportive and welcoming space.
