You'll be guided through a gentle, heart opening practice of Kundalini Yoga followed by deep meditation, the creation of your own personalised essential oil roller pen and a nurturing Ceremonial Cacao circle - All held in a cosy, candlelit space of feminine connection.

What to know before you arrive
There is free parking avaialble along the road outside Aughton Wellness.
Please wear cosy, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and fully relax.
All props are provided - including yoga mats, blankets, cushions and eye masks.Just come as you are, ready to rest and recieve.
