Join us on this journey as we learn and weave ancient and some more recent yogic chants and mantra within this morning yoga class.

What to expect:
Together each week we'll learn 3 mantras, all with a different energy or intention.
Basic yoga moves from standing strength and flexibility, improving balance to more restful mat based.
Ending with a short relaxation.
No previous experience needed just the curiosity and courage to begin.
Niveau: Beginners
Bring your yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
Wear clothing that you can move easily in.
