Ranjani shares her experience of facing bullying and criticism during childhood which lead to low self-esteem. Raja yoga meditation brought transformation in her life and helped her come out of her shell and gain confidence. Self-acceptance and acceptance of others were the key.
Ranjani Sairam has been practising and teaching Raja Yoga meditation for 35 years. She completed her MBA in Self-Management and Crisis Management and postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. Origami, rock painting and pot-mural arts are her favorite hobbies. She coordinates the Brahma Kumaris centre in western Sydney, NSW.
