Our live virtual Birthing Bolder class is designed specifically for parents whom have give birth before, whether vaginally or by cesarean, and are planning for a vaginal birth.
Whether this is your second, third, fourth, or fifth birth, this course will prepare you in developing skills, building confidence, and working towards a birth that feels powerful, positive, and empowering - on your terms.
Through the virtual format, our classes create a dynamic and hands-on experience that will leave you feeling excited for your upcoming birth!
The total investment in preparing for a confident and healthy birth is $115. Please note that you do also have the option of purchasing our Full Webinar Library at a discounted price along with your class attendance.
Please note that this class is held as a LIVE VIRTUAL session.
In this course we will have the opportunity to explore your past birth(s) - what you loved and what you'd like to do differently this time around, understand anatomy basics specific to labor, develop communication skills for open dialogue with providers, review the labor process - emotionally and physically - and how it may differ when it's not the first birth, understand how to navigate logistics when it's not your first time around - when to head to your birthing place, what nurse/midwife/OB support commonly looks like with experienced parents, and how to utilize pain relief if desired, practice realistic and usable coping and movement techniques for improved birth satisfaction, and discuss ways to support long term pelvic floor health.
If desired you can choose to purchase our Full Webinar Library to accompany your birth class experience. The webinar library is usually priced at $39 but is only $20 if purchased with the class and it offers three months of unlimited access to more than 30 webinars on specific topics to support the childbearing year. Just choose that option at checkout and webinar access will be provided after the live session!
