Conscious Business Retreat Day (Hemel)

Join us for the third Conscious Business Day Retreat, after two previous sold out events, this Autumn we're in for another beautiful union of business and wellbeing.

You're invited to spend a day with Bodhini and Sophie for a day of balancing the running of your business with tuning back into the here and now and connecting with yourself and your community.

As we move into Autumn, this day retreat is themed around embracing the change in seasons, both within ourselves and our business.

What To Expect:
As well as heart-centred meditations, an opportunity to network, and a forum to ask and receive advice on your business; we'll have 3 workshops, a delicious lunch and a relaxing yoga nidra and soundscape to end the day on so you leave floating on a cloud:

🤳🏼 Healing Social Media: A discussion around the new and unique issues we face as business owners needing to use social media to market ourselves. Feeling the push to 'be consistent' as well as the pull to be present in your real life. We'll talk through ways to release the pressure, utilise it as a tool, and redress the balance between online and real life.

⚖️ Balancing Business & Being: Cultivate a deep, conscious connection with your business, aligning your values and wellbeing to foster a sustainable, thriving business that supports both your personal and professional growth.

🥙 Delicious & Nutritious Lunch: Nourish yourself with a home-cooked and healthy lunch from The Kitchen Mama. This is the time to connect with familiar and new faces, a safe space to laugh about our failures, talk about our troubles and share our dreams with one another.

🌝 2024 Reflection with Full Moon Ceremony: As the event falls on the full moon, it's the perfect time to be inspired by the lunar cycle and embrace the cyclical nature of business too. This full moon falls after the final harvest and is a time to celebrate the fruits of our labour and acknowledge what we can let go of in order to grow.

🕉️ Harvesting Stillness Yoga Nidra & Soundscape: Conclude with a tranquil yoga nidra and soundscape session that honours the season of harvest and encourages turning inward as we transition towards rest and renewal at the end of another year in business.
