Preparing for Your Sound Bath 🌿✨
Everything you need is provided, including a comfortable air bed and cosy blanket, so there’s no need to bring anything with you. Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and we recommend wearing warm socks, as you’ll be lying still for the duration of the session. You’re welcome to bring an extra blanket or pillow if you prefer. Avoid eating a heavy meal immediately beforehand and allow yourself a little time to arrive, settle in and switch off. Most importantly, come with an open mind and give yourself permission to relax and enjoy the experience.
Important Information & Contraindications
Sound baths are a relaxing wellbeing experience and are not a substitute for medical treatment. Please contact us before booking if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, significant hearing or sound sensitivity, tinnitus, a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or any condition that may be affected by sound or vibration. If you are currently receiving medical or psychological treatment, or are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please seek advice from your healthcare professional before attending.
