((BOUNCE)) with beats sticks in this drumming-style jumping session focused on hitting the sticks to the beat. Using the trampolines in various ways it's an uplifting class.
A strength-based session using a barbell and weight plates. Performed standing on the ground with some lying and kneeling on the trampoline too.
