The Essentials course programme is an immersive and unforgettable experience that will have a lasting impact on your life. It aims to allow you to live your life to its highest potential. As we gently guide you through six days of training in this residential breathwork retreat you will discover the physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of this award winning self-help modality.
We will work closely with you individually to ensure that your journey towards self-discovery and growth is maximised. The exclusive use venue and the calm and tranquillity of the monastery offer a level of privacy that will allow you to fully focus on your personal development in a beautiful woodland setting.
This is a fully residential breathwork course In Tobar Mhuire Passionist Monastery in the village of Crossgar, County Down, Northern Ireland.
40 high quality rooms, mainly individual and also doubles available. There are a number of disabled access bedrooms. All rooms have en suite bathrooms. Food: continental breakfast, cooked lunch and cooked dinner. All teas, coffees and snacks are included. There is a shared common room for participants and staff.
The beautiful monastery buildings are situated in sixty acres of mature woodland and there will be opportunities to walk along the magnificent woodland paths and connect with nature.
The programme will start on Sunday at 9.00 am but you are asked to arrive before 6.00 pm on the day before to settle in and familiarise yourself with the team and your surroundings. We will finish the programme at 3.00 pm on Friday.
