Level 1 post natal fitness classes
A whole body approach to return to exercise following pregnancy
Regain connection to the deep core and pelvic floor for a safe return to exercise.
8 weeks of gentle progression. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Change of schedule on week 3 with class taking place on Wednesday instead of Monday due to annual leave 🙃
Please note there is no class on the BH Monday*
Weekly home workout sent out to the group for those who would like to do a modified body weight version at home.
GP clearance letter required.

Wear comfortable clothing. Take plenty of water
Breastfeeding in classes is welcome.
