Hand wraps recommended but not provided
(2.5m or 250 cm hand wraps will be sufficient, and can be purchased from stores online such a sports direct/decathlon)
Gloves and pads provided

Your 10th class is free
please arrive with wraps in place if wearing wraps 🙏
Classes start on time good warm up is essential please leave plenty of time to arrive to the venue
Take plenty of water
Wear appropriate cushioned footwear
Remove jewellery from fingers and wrists for safety
