This weekend workshop takes inspiration from the natural world and is aimed at those with a passion for plants. Working from real-life specimens, this short course will explore multiple ways to illustrate, represent and celebrate a myriad of plant life.
Group activities on day one will introduce some simple drawing and dry media techniques with a focus on observation, before gently moving onto wet media and sharing some basic methods for abstraction and expression. With plenty of possibilities, students will work towards the completion of a more self-directed, nature-inspired project on day two.
Suitable for any level of experience.
