Our Calm Cats Parent & Child sessions are a gentle, supportive space for parents and children to learn together how to manage big feelings, build emotional regulation, and strengthen connection.
Through playful movement, breathing, sensory activities, mindfulness, imagination and relaxation, you’ll learn practical tools you can use at home to support calm, confidence, sleep and emotional wellbeing. Sessions are relaxed, welcoming and pressure-free, with time to connect, play and simply be together.
