An opportunity to learn contemporary dance techniques and explore creative free movement in a friendly environment.
The class works through a range of short exercises, building towards a longer sequence towards the end. Roll down, body swings, corner work and floor work make up the body of the class, top and tailed with a warm/cool down.
These classes invite older adults from all backgrounds, regardless of experience, to explore movement and the freedom dance brings us, in a safe and friendly space.

The class is held in the Tunbridge Wells Boys Grammar SPORT CENTRE ( Not the school site). Use this postcode: TN4 9TX
Head towards the TW Leisure centre and when you see the swimming pool window in front of you, head left towards the school sports centres & 3G pitches. There is lots of parking available, but if there is a match on, then it may be busy!
The studio is located in the sports centre, head straight in and down the corridor. You cant miss it.
