Adult Contemporary - Improvers / Open Level - Summer Block
Thursday 8th June - 6th July ( 5 weeks)
8.10 - 9.20pm
Classes focus on contemporary techniques developing agility, strength and stamina through fluid and expressive sequences, moving and exploring the space.
Classes are tailored to the ability of the participants giving time for exploring movement and choreography.
