These sessions are to support and soul nourish our teens navigating through life, through school and through exams
We will connect with gentle breathwork, movement and posture , relaxation and a soul nourishing sound bath to relax and give a postive and relaxed start to the school week
Megan is a fully qualified 300 HR trauma informed yoga teacher, qualified and experienced in teaching children and teens and is mum to her 15 year old daughter so fully understands the importance for these sessions
The sessions are welcoming, fun, connective and deeply relaxing
Please come to the first grey door at the rear of the building
If you would like to visit with your child to see the studio and settle into the space this is more than welcomed
