Gentle stretch and tone for mum and some yoga for baby. If your baby sleeps, feeds, needs a nappy change this is all fine to do in the room, and don’t worry if they cry, it happens all the time.
Park by the library off Bridgewater steet. Come in thru the main door. Park your pram at the bottom of the stairs. Pls bring a mat, wear comfy clothes and I will make you a brew when you arrive.
