60-Minute Mixed Ability Pilates Class
Perfect for complete beginners or those with some experience. Each session varies—some focus on gentle, flowing movement for flexibility and fascial health, others on building strength and body awareness. Options are given for all levels. Please bring your own mat.
If you have any underlying health conditions that will affect the class please contact me and we can discuss options.
This class moves off and on the floor, we work on the front, back and side of the body. So if you would like to join but have mobility issues off and on the floor then please let me know.
Bring your own Mat and any supports you need.
