Join us for a deliciously hands-on baking experience and learn how to make your own soft, fluffy Hot Cross Brioche Buns from scratch.
During this workshop, you’ll discover the secrets behind perfectly enriched brioche dough, warm spice blends, and beautifully piped crosses.
This workshop is suitable for all levels as you will be guided by our chef ! You will mix, knead, shape, and bake your buns to perfection. By the end of the class, you’ll leave with 4 freshly baked hot cross brioche buns ready to enjoy.
A welcome drink will be offered on your arrival (limited to the coffee menu - matcha not included)
As well as a sweet treat being offered during the break.
