Snorkeling lessons are a fun way for children to explore new worlds in the pool, lake, river, and ocean. Young swimmers love to swim under water and be able to see and breathe while never taking their face out of the water. Our instructors will work the swimmer to teach them how to be comfortable wearing a mask, snorkel, and fins. Snorkelers will learn how to; get water out of their masks, purge (get water out of the snorkel, relieve pressure as they diver deeper, and use the fins move through the water.
This activity is best suited for swimmers with intermediate skills; Swim 75 feet without stopping, demonstrate skills swimming both the freestyle and breaststroke, and be comfortable going under water,
