Fun, friendly themed dance workshop for adults 16+.
Instructies
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in, together with suitable footwear for dancing, and bring a drink of water.
Country & Western dress is encouraged!
Please dance at your own pace and listen to your body. If you feel unwell, experience pain or feel unable to continue at any point, please stop and let Anna know. If you have any health concerns about taking part in dance or exercise, please seek appropriate medical advice before attending.
Please follow the instructor's guidance throughout the class and be considerate of other participants.
