FREE Summer Holiday Kids Yoga Club funded by Playworks Project Powys.
Larchwood Studio - Hay-on-Wye - Tuesday 11th August, 2 - 3pm
This is aimed at 2- 8 year olds & a parent or carer must be present throughout.
(Older & younger siblings also welcome to join or sit in the room quietly)
Little Yogis will discover the fun of story yoga with yoga games & a chance to be part of the story. We will explore yoga poses as we go on a yoga adventure together! We practice calming breathing, & enjoy a gentle relaxation at the end as an introduction to mindfulness for kids & wellbeing through movement.
We will share crafts & activities to bring the yoga story adventure to life.
Yoga is a wonderful calming, coping & wellbeing activity that equips kids with so many benefits including boosting confidence & self-esteem, increased strength & flexibility, improved balance & coordination, positive body awareness, mindfulness as a wellbeing tool & so much more!
Spaces are limited and all mats & props are provided.
Parents/carers/an adult must stay for the session to supervise their children at all times. Thank you. *
**Siblings younger than 2 years old or older than 6 years old are welcome, just let me know names & ages in advance for my register.
*1 parent/carer is sufficient for up to 4 children.
Please ensure your kids wear clothes they can move freely in & bring a water bottle - for grown ups too! We do yoga barefoot.

SINGLE SESSION - this ticket is for up to 3 children & 1 parent/carer for 1 session on Tuesday 11th August, 2 - 3pm. Please state names, ages and any medical conditions in the Other Info section of the form so I make sure I have enough mats and age-appropriate resources - thanks. A parent/carer must be present throughout each session.
