A one-day immersive workshop exploring the body as a source of poetry.
Through movement, improvisation, and simple writing practices, we will listen beneath language, allowing gesture, sensation, and rhythm to shape words. Movement becomes language, and language returns to the body.
No experience in dance or writing is needed. This is a space for curiosity, creativity, and embodied expression.
