COUCH TO 5K (Begineers Running Group)

Couch to 5K is for everyone, whether you have never run before or you want to get back into being more active. It is an easy way to get fitter, happier and healthier. The sessions start with a mix of running and walking, which gradually builds up your fitness and stamina. You’ll also do activities that make running fun and help you get to know others in your group. Each session is about 60 minutes and includes warm-up and cool-down activities.
