Anna & Amy warmly welcome you to a cosy PJ, Pamper & Pilates evening at StudiOmg, Abergele, the perfect chance to slow down, switch off, and treat yourself.
We’ll begin with a deeply relaxing Pilates session with Amy, focusing on connecting to your breath, gentle Pilates movements, and soothing stretches to release tension and calm the body.
After Pilates, we’ll ease into a calming self-care ritual to finish the evening beautifully ✨
Anna (Glow & Flow with Anna) will treat you to an ice globe facial, designed to depuff, refresh the skin, and leave you feeling cool, lifted, and relaxed.
You’ll then receive a Collagen face mask, which you’ll wear during a short guided meditation giving you time to fully unwind, breathe, and reset.
To close the evening, enjoy nourishing cucumber water & berry coolers to hydrate and support you from the inside out, so you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing 💆♀️🌿
What to bring:
• Come dressed in comfy PJs or loungewear (PJs highly encouraged!)
• A mat (if you have one) but we have plenty spare if you don’t so don’t worry 🥰
• A cosy layer or blanket & pillow for relaxation
This is your time to rest, restore, and reconnect 💖
Bring a mat with you if you have one, but we do have spare, just let us know if you’d like to borrow one.
There is free parking at Water Street car park or on the road on market street
