Frazzled Cafe meetings are designed to provide confidential and non-judgmental peer support, where people who are feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of life can talk openly, connect and feel heard.

Once your booking is completed you will receive an email with a meeting link in it. If you do not receive this, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder.
We will be using Zoom to host the meeting. If you have not used Zoom before we encourage you to acquaint yourself with it before the meeting. They have several helpful tutorials on their website. Please ensure that the device you will be using to join the meeting has both video and sound function.
We have a waiting list for this meeting so if you are unable to attend we would be grateful if you could cancel your place so that someone else is able to join. You can find the cancellation process here or follow the instructions below.
You can cancel your booking by following these three quick steps:
· Locate your confirmation email (sent to the email address entered in the booker details section)
· Scroll down and look for and click the green 'View Booking' button (located just underneath your booking reference)
· In the new window that opens, find the correct booking for the date/time you wish to cancel
Please be aware that if you have booked more than one meet up in the same booking, you only need to do the next step for the individual booking you wish to cancel
· Click the grey 'ticket option' button, then click 'Cancel Ticket'
And that's it! Your ticket is now canceled.
