Suitable for beginners, each session is carefully structured with games, skill-building activities and plenty of opportunities to learn exciting new tricks at their own pace. (Adult must participate with children for this session )

What to Wear & Bring
To help everyone stay safe and comfortable during the session, please follow these guidelines:
👕 Wear: Comfortable, close-fitting clothing such as leggings and a T-shirt or a leotard. Loose clothing can get caught on the equipment and may cause accidental exposure when upside down.
🦶 Footwear: No shoes are worn during aerial classes. Socks are optional, although many participants prefer to train barefoot.
💧 Bring: A drinks bottle to keep hydrated throughout the session.
Please remove any jewellery before the class and tie long hair back securely.
