POND.BABY

/Bio/
pond.baby is a Glasgow-based intermedia artist working with creative code to build sonic ecologies rooted in the auditory undergrowth. Their work explores perception and feedback, through cross-pollination of live-coded environments, vocal fragments, and field recordings, shaping shifting ambiences and organic rhythms that unfold in real time.

LUUKKEE

Luukke is a new musical project from composer Luke Palmer. His work as Luukke centres around the blending of acoustic and electronic sounds; making heavy use of his primary instrument - the Serge modular synthesiser. His compositions as Luukke seeks to walk the line between discomfort and confrontation, with the beautiful and the sublime. His work has been rewritten and adapted to create an immersive quadraphonic experience using Max/MSP and GRM Atelier.

MATHIAS MARRIGNON
Mathias Arrignon is an artist from Val-de-Marne (France), based in Glasgow and working internationally. Driven by listening, he is using this sensitive language to foster environmental care and to narrate realities which suffer from invisibilation. By working with field recordings, audio installations and performances, sounds are not just backdrops to him but a sensorial fabric of relationships, living archives, reservoirs of memory, fragments of ourselves returning through sound. His sound pieces do not designate; they are traces of what emerges… The distant echo of a crowd's clamour, the sudden tremor of ice calvings, people’s old memories or the internal whisper of a tree... They are sediments, fragments that speak of the world, with little but powerful voices, carrying potential possibilities.

His work has been presented and developed at the 18th Venice Architecture Biennale, Listen Gallery, Southwark Park Galleries, Centre Intermondes, INA GRM, The Arctic Circle Residency, Field Kitchen Academy and Raleigh Chapel. He received a Sound of the Year Award in 2020 and a Phonurgia Nova Award in 2024.

SONIA KILLMANN

BIO: Sonia Killmann is an international saxophone player and electronic musician. They have performed across the UK and Europe and are collaborating closely with Cryptic Glasgow as a Cryptic artist, working in immersive installations and audiovisual performance. Sonia's work treads the boundaries between the familiar and the unfamiliar by merging organic and synthetic sound worlds. Sonia has been exploring Pauline Oliveros’ Deep Listening concepts through circular breathing and adapting environments in the context of live performance. In 2025, both Sonia and Laura Mannelli won the Lumen Prize for their collaborative work UMWELTRAUM((A)) in the category Music & performance.
